I had a great time at Fort Fred, despite the wind's attempts to take the hat from every person there! Generally the weather was wonderful: low 70s and sunny. I worked on my practice!jacket today and got it mostly put together (sans sleeves, which are Not The Issue right now). I've been veeeeery slowly poking at my jacket. This jacket was about 90% completed during a local sewing day before we discovered that the skirts made an awkward bloopy fold above the petticoat, which they had not done in the mockup. So after almost finishing the thing, I was back to square one.
